I did not get the executive king room I booked and paid for. I also did not get a refund for the lower cost room.

The location was great. Easy access to where we needed to be.
Negatives:
There was no safety mat for the shower. My husband had a bad fall and when we mentioned it at check outthe staff did not show any concern. They mentioned safety strips were on back order. For safety reasons, we will mat refer others to stay there.
