The beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows are fluffy. Very accommodating for pets, good size room and just a nice stay in general.

Booked a room for 3 people and were given a room for 2. The staff even offered us 3 keys for a 2 person room. Incomprehensible. No other rooms available and refund refused at the reception counter. Had to go elsewhere.
