They owe me a refund!
Positives:
It was close to where my son lived. It had a mini fridge and microwave.
Negatives:
Reception was bad. Host was accusatory because we had our son and his dog in the car with us and he didn't seem to believe us when we said only two of us would be staying and no pet was staying with us.
The bathroom door wouldn't close. The door looked dirty with dirty finger prints, several lightbulbs in bathroom were missing. Coffee maker didn't work, water leaked out.

Tim Hortons was close by..thank goodness.

Bed was sloping pillows were horrible. Did not sleep well. Not very clean. Wanted to cancel the 3rd night..the could not do it and said I had to go through booking.com but when I tried that, it gave a telephone number that belonged to the hotel. Very frustrating. We had booked 3 nights and left one night early..lost out on that deal. I will not be staying there again and will not use booking.com again. Next time I go to Chatham which will be very soon, I will book direct.

The room was very dirty. There was small black hairs (hopefully dog hair and not what else I was thinking it could be) all over the bathroom, the pillows, and in the sheets! Had to take the sheets of the bed and lay down the top cover because we found so much hair on the sheets! We also had to go to the front desk and ask for toilet paper because there was NONE in the room! There was a massive booger hanging from the night table, no charging plugs close to the bed, and a puddle of sticky stuff on the floor by the bed. Very disappointed and will NOT be staying here again.

Dirtiest room Ive seen in a long time!

There was no breakfast. The room was dirty. Cobwebs and hair on the ceiling. When I first walked in they had an old electric heater plugged into the bathroom beside the sink. Staff was rude. Not permitted to open the patio door.
