Condition of the room. Floor was so soft it felt like I was going to fall through it! The bathroom didn’t even have blinds for the window. The floor towel they give you was filthy covered in black stains. The room had a bad odor to it I had to go buy my own air freshener. Missing trim along the bottom sides of the walls. Never going there again. Would never reccommend it to others. If I can give below a 1 I would. Disgusting place.

One of the best value hotels I've stayed in. It was a last-minute booking too. This is also the only hotel I've been in that offers complimentary breakfast, and it's under half the cost I've spent on some "luxury" hotels that don't offer anything beyond a bed and cable. I wish more hotels were like this one
Negatives:
The building seemed older, but still maintained. The bathroom had a window high-up. It faced a bunch of trees and nobody under 6' would've been able to see through, but still: a simple curtain would've been enough to make it feel more private. The breakfast was nothing fancy, but this is a nit-pick on my part though: most hotels over double the value of this one offer nothing at all in terms of breakfast, so any breakfast at all instantly made this place more valuable than anywhere else I've been in the US / Canada

I didn’t try the breakfast. The room was cold but it was very cold and windy. I had to use the bedding from both beds to keep warm. Otherwise it was comfortable. Staff was great
