We liked that it was a suite, as we were able to create two separate sleeping spaces. Coffee in the room was tasty. Shower was excellent. The room was clean and the amenities were all first class. The free airport shuttle was a really helpful facility. I was super impressed that my room request for a runway view was taken into account- we loved the room.
Breakfast was super delicious, we especially loved the omelette station.

I didn't like the variety provided for grab and go breakfast. It was only coffee and a muffin. I thought bagels, bread, cheese, cereal, fruit, bacon should have been available and I left the hotel at 6am and breakfast started at 6:30

The night staff told me that I would be able to pay with a different card in the morning, this was not the case. Also, the night staff gave us permission for a later checkout, but failed to notify the cleaning staff.
