Negatives:
The male on the desk was very rude and not welcoming. The attitude was to much. When there was a problem with our cards we were told that it was our fault. When my wife asked to talk to the manager we were told she was not in and he threw a card to us and said she would say the same thing. As we were walking away he called my wife a bitch.
