Coffee maker in the room couldn't use it no plug sitting on top of a dresser you had to agree and sign that you wouldn't use the appliances then why are they there staff are not welcoming or friendly one has to ask why are they in this business never first time last time breakfast is from 8 30 to 9 30 only who has ever heard of anything they close at 9 and do not the phone after that

It was our 3rd stay here and as always the staff are so friendly and helpful. The beds are quite comfortable and the rooms have all the necessities. Both pools are wonderful and the hotel is in a perfect location to downtown Gananoque .

Our room this time did need a few minor repairs, and the bathroom could have used a little more cleaning.

Guy at the reception was so rude. Should learn to respect the customers. Without respecting customers no business would become successful. Can we check the CC Camera at your front desk ? Who was rude and did I really throw the Key and I threw the Key at 12:15PM as you mentioned in your response ?
Request to Manager : Would recommend to do your ground work and fight back with evidences. Blindly supporting your employees would screw your reputation.
Colonial Resorts charged me 150$ after 5 days of my stay mentioning late checkout and spoiled linen. Is this the reward for my honest review ? every customer deserves respect. I would recommend everyone not to give your credit card information to Colonial Resorts, as they can make you bankrupt.
