It was very affordable just for a place to sleep.

I specifically chose this place because they advertise free continental breakfast online and on their road sign. We were leaving very early for a hike and were looking forward to breakfast. There is no continental breakfast at this hotel.

We were very disappointed because the website and the sign in front of the Inn both stated a continental breakfast was part of the price for the room. When we went to get breakfast we were told it was only available during high season. This fact should have been made clear on the website and should be made clear on the sign. There were plenty of other motels we could have gone to, but because of the price and breakfast we stayed here. Because of this we left disappointed and I do not think we will stay there again. Also we came specifically for the maple festival and the motel staff knew nothing about it. If you are serving people that are coming from hours away you should be aware of what is going on in the town.

The bathroom walls and doorframe required washing. The coffee pot was tiny. There was no continental breakfast as advertised, offered as that evidently doesn't commence until May..
