Rooms were clean and tidy. Location was good.
Negatives:
Food was always empty. They shut off water without telling anyone for almost an hour. Very difficult to get ready without water. Cleaner walked jn without knocking first. On checkout they knocked on door even though do not disturb was up. They double booked me, and told me that they would normally charge me for their screw up. Dining room was perpetually dirty, and never stocked.
