Everything in the room worked well. Nice towels, comfortable bed, and lots of hot water. TV had many channel options.
Negatives:
No breakfast offered. Tim Hortons down the road but had no seating, only takeout. Area around the property needs to be tidied up to make it look more attractive. Location poor, out in nowhere, long way from Lindsay.

The room had folding chairs and boxes. The a/c was noisy and ineffective. The shower sprayed up, not down. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. We will not be recommending this motel to anyone.

No breakfast. Really far out of town for walking. A shuttle service I to town would have been nice.

Easy to reach, i just needed a room for 1 night , clean, bed was huge, nice people, no noise, close to highway and lindsay.
Negatives:
Full garbage bins outside of the room. Hard to understand the tv , cig butts on the ground, although there are ashtrays.
