Out of town, not well maintained, next morning breakfast was inadequate! Bags of bread, English muffins were just strewn across a counter, scrambled eggs were sub grade powdered eggs (hard to touch with scoop), and sausage patties smelled like they were old. Had the Fruit Loops as the safest choice, still had to chance the milk, I’m alive though!
TV was blurry and channel selection was minimal, bed was not too bad but still has room for improvement.
Upgrades are required immediately if the cost for travellers stays around $150/night. Maybe consider $60/night for the service rendered to travellers!

Bed was comfortable, room very clear and easy to access. Front desk staff person went out of his way to assist with identifying a restaurant in Lindsay I was interested in. We went to Gusto Grande and had a great meal.

The renovations of the hotel are good, but the building and setting are very plain.
