Negatives: Dirty windows , so ruined the sunrise view

Negatives: NOTE: I have some mobility challenges so be aware that the rooms closest to Reception and the on site restaurant are not disabled 'friendly'. (the disabled access rooms are at the far end of the hotel from the restaurant but do have a disabled parking spot and entrance at that end, accessible after checking in at Reception). Bathroom in the regular room close to Reception that I requested to minimize the need for a lot of walking or in and out of hotel, is small, no hand grips on tub, and I needed a step stool to get up onto the high bed. The restaurant is a fairly long uphill walk from Reception (no problem for able bodied people but quite a distance for people in a disabled room at the far end), and a section of the hall is VERY dark at night.

Negatives: The TV guide and channels could have been better. Just a little inconvenience, but most channels needed a subscription to watch. .

Negatives: the whole building looks old style. nothing very sharp!

Negatives: ceiling water spots.

Negatives: The breakfast was non existent compared to other hotels

Negatives: Breakfast was very sparse - dry scrambled eggs - I am sure styrofoam would have been tastier - bacon also VERY dry and tasteless and every morning for the 3 mornings, they ran out of bacon and eggs and we had to wait for them to refill the containers - no yogurt, no fruit, no cheese - very limited, tasteless breakfast. You need to rethink the breakfast menu. Found blood marks on the sheets which freaked me out - we checked the bed thoroughly - fortunately no bed bugs!! Room is only cleaned every 3 days - we did not know this - at 4pm our second day (and third day) we asked the housekeeping staff for clean towels - they were very helpful. Saturday night we had a large dog in the room next to us, bark continually for about 2 hours - we informed the front desk who told us they were trying to contact the owners - eventually the owners of the dog arrived back and the dog stopped barking - VERY annoying!! I think a charge of $25 per night for a very small, quiet dog is EXCESSIVE. The room was left in perfect condition, I covered the bed with our own blanket so that she did not mess on the bed. $75 is almost like a penalty for bringing my dog with me. VERY unfair.

Negatives: No, pool, gym or hot breakfast.
