All stairs, not convenient. Asked for a ground floor room and didn't get it. It was very difficult to get our stuff up the staircase. The front door was an issue, not accessible. Locked with no entrance if the person wasn't paying attention inside, to let us in. It was less than ideal.

Nice, clean, had everything I was expecting. Quite impressed that the room was very clean and quiet, bed and pillows were confortable, check in and check out were prompt and easy.
Front door stays locked at night providing extra safety, which was a nice add on.

Not sure how safe it is to go to the car at night, but this is nothing the hotel can change.

The room was dirty, dated, run down and not at pleasant. We had reserved for 3 nightswe left after the first night. We were given a number to contact to get our refund and the number would not accept calls from us. I would not recommend this hotel.
