We paid for a spa suite. When we got there, that's not what we were given. When we spoke to the front desk about it they stated because we booked 3rd party through booking.com they couldn't refund the difference of the room.
Shower didn't work, bath was the only option. Rooms weren't clean. There was pieces of long hair in the fridge.
