The staff was so kind and helpful

The sofa was broken down. We asked to change it, and managing stuff changed our room. It took so many times. When we were sleeping it started an awful knocks on the floor from upstairs and scratching voices at 08:30 am in the morning. The fitness and swimming pool were so small and without equipments.

Staff. Front desk person Shan. His Customer service skills was not great. He didnt even give me a chance to talk. He scanned my credit card and mentioned it didnt work and pretty much said give me cash. I tried to explain that the card is valid and I have used it to rent vehicles and everything. But he insisted on saying card is invalid, was rude about it. Then when my friends came, he said let me scan is it again and all of a sudden it was working.
He didnt even explain where the elevator was, didnt explain anything.
Was very disappointed with that kind of customer service.
