Location of the property is not far from town.
Negatives:
We reserved a room for our guests (a family of four) with a King bed and Queen bed, only to find upon arrival that we were given a studio room with a full bed and pull out sofa. When asked, the front desk told us they can change the room for an extra fee and later said they were sold out. He was not polite and did not consider our request for a refund or compensation.
The lock on the bathroom door was hard to handle as it was fixed wrongly.
On the third day of their stay, the access card stopped working; the same front desk guy said if hotel can’t fix it, the guests will be locked out for the night.
Which hotel responds like this? I highly doubt that he is properly trained to deal with hotel guests when issues arise.
