The lobby was lovely, bright and inviting. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was happy and friendly

Parking was a bit of a mess. We had issues getting INTO the lot AND getting out of the lot. $30 fee to park as well. The system just doesnt seem to be very smooth. Staff told me its a third party that runs it - they arent doing the best job IMO.

Beds are always comfortable, staff always welcoming. We like the Dixon and it is our main reason for staying.
Negatives:
There is always hair in the bathrooms from the cleaning staff. One waitress at the Dixon, during breakfast, not only bothered us about billing while we were eating, but then brought the bill while we were eating. For a $70 breakfast, train your staff.

I met my partner here for one night and we both had to pay $30 to park for an additional $60 on our roomrate The lady in the breakfast buffet was rude and would not let me take some breakfast back to the room for my partner who wasnt feeling well

Yes, in the morning when I was rushing to get going the shower only had luke warm water and so little water pressure that the wT water only dribble out. I tried to tell the person about this at the check out but they weren't interested.
