Bad experience overall

The room was relatively spacious with a small hall on entry and a comfortable sofa.
Negatives:
Not the best place to stay. The staff in the reception wasn't quite sure what they were doing, check-in took a while. What I didn't know is that the Canadian government apparently uses this hotel for refugees. The hotel was full of migrants starting from the Middle East through Africa and ending in Ukraine. Nothing against migrants, these people often had really bad stories behind but I think that hotels should a) state that fact or b)be exclusively reserved for refugees. The safety box in the room didn't work either, saying that bathroom was basic is overstatement.

One of the elevators didn't work the whole timeI was there which was a week. I had to get a replacement room because my room wasn't decent . Even the room that I was moved to had problems. The floor was stained. It needed to be moped. The bathroom toilet had problems when you flused it. I reported all of this to the hotel staff but nothing was done.
