The staff were friendly at check in

Coffee maker did not work properly. 2 cups and 3 towels for 4 adults. Dirty floors and bathroom. Large amounts of thick dark hair stuck in the towels. Security latch was not completely screwed into door. Towel hook fell off the bathroom door when we hung a towel. We found a pill on the floor that was not ours.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Convenient location, room basic but serviceable. Bathroom clean.
Negatives:
Room quite shabby and although bedding was clean, the sleeping area around not very clean (dirty towel from previous guest left on top of clothes rack, obviously not vacuumed next to or under bed for quite some time). Numerous pest control stickers in bathroom created a bit of concern. Very loud with staff and guests up and down hallway talking in middle of night, and very loud person in room above (not hotel's fault).

12 days no house keeping for once. Dirty washroom with spots and marks almost everywhere in the toilet. cockroach in the pantry in the microwave and near the cooking top which doesn't even work. Overall never going back. You guys can if you want fyi..
