The Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview is an all luxury suites Hotel and only a hundred yards away from brink of the Falls. It offers spacious two room suites with a separate living room and bedroom. All guests are welcomed by an evening reception including snacks and two complimentary drinks. Each morning enjoy a free made-to-order breakfast for all guests. Next to the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort, this hotel features spectacular panoramic views of both the American & Canadian Falls. It has an on-site TGI Fridays Restaurant and Sports Bar; it offers Fallsview dining at Keg Steakhouse + Bar, and a on-site Starbucks Coffee location. Guests can work out in the Embassy Suites’ on-site gym or relax in the hot tub, or have a swim in our indoor pool. Casino Niagara is less than one mile from the Fallsview Niagara Falls Embassy Suites. The Skylon Observation Tower is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The falls view was great! There were a lot of staff and all were helpful with a smile.
Negatives:
The breakfast was a disappointment. Very generic foods, scrambled eggs, pancakes. There was an omelet station that worked hard to keep up with demand. There are a lot of people that go through the breakfast lines. They did their best to keep it clean. The coffee was simple. No specialty coffee. Breakfast was a 4.

The only thing that's good about Embassy Suites is the view of the Niagara Falls.
Negatives:
Service is the worst I have seen in any hotel. We are spending upwards of $500 per room per night and people at the reception are terrible. I interacted with a person named Troy, who denied that property message on Booking.com are theirs. This man should never be in the hospitality industry.
Most of the people who are handling parking is also rude.
I stayed at a hotel 1/5th of the cost of this hotel and it was 1000timea better than this. The staff doesn't really care about the customers.
The only good staff that we met were in the breakfast room.
If you want to see the falls and for a much better view, go to the Skylon tower.
The AC is not really controllable from the room. The beds weren't comfortable.
