The view was spectacular! It's the only thing this hotel has going for it.
Negatives:
Elevator service was horrible. Often had to wait 10-15 minutes go get one, and then had to share with a fully packed car. The buffet breakfast each morning was awful. Food was cold. Only some egg and potato choices. No fresh fruit or vegetables offered. The room was not clean, with hairs on the bathroom floor and stuck to the shower walls. The bedroom with the panoramic views of the falls was great, but the "living room" was just a dark hallway with dreary dark decorating. The bathroom and bar areas were nice.

The location of the hotel and the cleanliness of room was the best part.
Negatives:
The worst part was the breakfast, it was not at all a 4star hotel breakfast, so tasteless everything was pre-cooked and just brought and warmed. Poor quality of bread. Such a small dining area for this number of guests. And the serving time was 6:30 to9:30, which is too early. People are in vacation they don't eant to wake up that early

Amazing location and views. We booked the horshoe fallsview suite and it was fantastic.
They also offered free drinks coupons for evening alongwith other vouchers, that was nice.
Negatives:
The breakfast area gets extremely crowded and busy, so be sure to follow the timeslots they have for the wait time. But amazing views of the falls from breakfast area.
The hotel management isnt very accomodative of free room cancelation requests 48 hrs before checkin, when booked through booking.com. Even the booking.com staff cant do anything about it, which I found was not guest friendly.
