About This Property

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview is an all luxury suites Hotel and only a hundred yards away from brink of the Falls. It offers spacious two room suites with a separate living room and bedroom. All guests are welcomed by an evening reception including snacks and two complimentary drinks. Positives: The breakfast didn't have the chef making your meal, everything was cooked, it wasn't what was said when the room was book, the music was very loud in the morning it was uncomfortable

Negatives: I didn't like how the room was cold for the few nights, we was freezing, we call the front desk to send the maintenance person's the evening of our stay, while checking the heating in the ceiling and both the living room and bedroom the maintenance was communicating with us every step of the way he was helpful and explained what he was doing, then another maintenance person's came the following day he was rude, didn't explain anything he had an attitude towards myself and my guess, he didn't care but had an attitude, he didn't check properly and didn't seem to care.

Negatives: Hotel marketing positions itself as a top quality establishment, somewhere to make your stay special, for the price we felt like we were in a 1 star hotel, reasons:- Mediocre buffet breakfast defiantly not cooked fresh by chefs but bought in catering, served in separate room where you served yourself and walked through the reception to TGI resturant to seat yourself, Was attempted every upsell in the book on arrival, before even saying welcome to embassy suites! You receive vouchers like some B&b for refreshments, this turned out to be nuts in a bowl served by your own hand and poor quality lager/beer in plastic glasses, the free drink offered was so bad that it stopped us staying in hotel bar!! I seriously suggest that embassy rethinks its standards and stops lowering itself to low level service and products and stands by a cost that deserves its location, I am more than happy to pay for a good hotel but inside I felt like a peice of cattle being rinsed, the inside treatment does not come across in its marketing, it markets as a high class hotel, it is definitely lost its way and has lost the high standards of its competitors
