Negatives:
From the time we checked in till we left the door wouldn?t lock properly. We were told it was fixed 3 times. Hand sink shot water everywhere. Bathroom fan rattled loudly. The room pictures on line where taken after a remodel not current. Worst hotel ever

YES I THINK THAT ALL THE ROOMS SHOULD COME WITH A FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE AND ALSO SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR PARKING

Hotel room was nice but there needs to be some upgrades in the condition of the room, the Jacuzzi tub was about the best part. Some staff were nice but others were rude at continent breakfast.

As I was saying there need to be fixed in the hotel room, the air conditioner unit didn't fit properly and let tons of cold air in the room in the middle of winter, also the window was like it wasn't there and let lots of noise in and couldn't sleep,

Hotel's staff are very nice and very welcoming to all guests. Rooms are very clean and everything is great about the room.I would love to stay there again whenever I go to Niagara Falls.

The bathroom had a wad of hair in the corner of the vanity when we arrived. The door knob to the bathroom was falling off. The chain for the door was broken. The 2nd queen bed had hair under the top sheet, was it even changed from the prior use???
