Excellent location. We used the WEGO RED/REDX bus from this place to Niagara Falls. Buses are available for a 30-minute interval of time. You have been charged extra dollars when you have a PET and a car (parking). This was not included in the hotel booking amount.
Negatives:
Breakfast: It is super plain. You can only have bread, pan cake with sugar syrup, cereal, milk, apple juice, and orange juice. (Fruits: apple and Banana)
Room: Cozy Bed for 2. The coffee machine was not working. TV is not Android. The room temperature was excellent. They have an outdoor pool, but it was closed.

The staff was excellent!!! Friendly! Kind! Went out of their way to help! It is a very, very old motel. The rooms were clean and like I said... the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

They Charge an Extra $10.00 Per Day just to park your car!!!
Transferred to two different rooms. Room one... very, very damp. The floors were completely wet! My husband and I dried them and two hours later they were completely wet again! The staff checked for leaks. Very, very damp. Not even the heater took the moisture out. Until the staff investigated, they moved us to another room. Room two... it was on the family side. The television did not work. The staff was called again and was kind enough to provide another set. The beds were meh. Room was damp, but not wet. They could use dehumidifiers to get the wet, dampness and mustiness out.
Also... they Charge an extra $10.00 on top of your stay - Per Day, to park your car!!!
It was a very hot day and although the pool was full of water... the gate was chained, so not one person could use it!

The eighties love tub was hilarious felt like a set of a porn we really couldn't be mad at it. It was just too funny.
Negatives:
Everything else. There was mysterious wet spots on the carpet ( I think it was from the air conditioner?). There was cigarette burn marks in the shower. Everything looked like it came out of the eighties.
