The location was okay. It was about a 10 minute drive from the falls and restaurants.

The property was so dirty. Some of the towels and linens had hair on them. The washroom was so worn down and dirty, there was even a brown mark on the toilet. Not sure if it was poo or blood. Pretty gross.

Our "nonsmoking*" room stunk like smoke, the grounds were not kept up. Cigarette burns in bathroom are visual evidence that people smoke here...since you can't smell what we did!
