Strong urine smell in some rooms (possibly from pets). Limited view of the falls - mainly due to the hotel's location. Expensive parking. Plenty of options available next door for 60% less. Inexperienced staff makes for a poor experience.

Positives:
We abandoned the hotel after the first night of our 4 night booking.
Negatives:
The hotel needs a massive revamp . The room was very small with 2 double beds, the paint was peeling and there was no appeal with the bland (non existing decor). We could not get a refund for the booking, so we just abandoned this hotel.

Great location. Beds were very comfortable. Room was really nice.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. It convenient to the downtown core of Niagara Falls. The view from our 3rd floor room was outstanding. It was a partial view but it was still fabulous!
Negatives:
The "hot tub" wasn't warm. The pool water flows into the hot tub so it is not as warm as a regular tub. The cost for parking is pricey $45.00 + hst or you can park off site for 35.00 (I think)and walk a few minutes back to the hotel. OK in good weather.
