The staff at the reception...
Positives:
the view of the falls from our room was absolutely incredible ! The staff was great and the hotel was very clean.
Negatives:
some of the hotel is a little old and tired. The shower floor was missing grout ( but worked fine ) and the handle to the sink kept falling off. The AC/heater controls didn't work and it just turned on and off whenever it wanted, sometimes for 5 minutes sometimes for 5 seconds. But the room did stay reasonably comfortable.
