The location was good.
Negatives:
1) staff unable to find our reservation. They finally figured things out after about 25 minutes.
2) had to call down to the front desk after getting settled in our room because the toilet didn’t work properly
3) locked us out of our room the next day because they “thought” we were only there for one night (we had prepaid for two nights)
4) when checking out, they couldn’t find our reservation (again). Each time we had to go to the front desk, I was asked for a credit card to charge the room. I explained again that the room had been paid for when I booked it weeks before. I had to supply them with confirmation on my phone to prove that we had paid for it previously. I had to do this on three separate occasions at the hotel.
I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.
Mistakes happen and it was understandable the first evening when we arrived and there was a problem with the reservation, but this should’ve been a one time issue. It should not have caused problems for our entire stay.

my booking price was for king bed and I found it for 2singl bed, at the reception they fix it , the price was 289.00$ the gave me invoice for 523.00$ the take 30 mints to fix it,

We where double charged and no solution or correction, still waiting for a call and response.Front desk staff unable or unwilling to help resolve ,should have been resolve at check k out. Booked through booking.com and then again at hotel, even after showing receipt from booking.com, this is a fraudulent charge

They took our credit card details for deposit and kept charging whatever they wanted.
