Negatives: finding mens underwear in the shower.stayed there 7 days and they did not clean the room once.upon checking out i told them about the issues and they didnt care because they said that it was the last day for the motel because it was sold and was going to be turned into long term apartments

Negatives: Request for Compensation Due to Issues During Stay (Reservation Dates: 8/31 - 9/1) I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from August 31st to September 1st. My husband called yesterday, and we were instructed to submit our concerns in writing. I am disappointed with the lack of resolution and feel that we are being given the runaround. I rented two rooms (Room 219 and 215). Room 219 had several issues: the jacuzzi did not work, the phone was not operational, and the TV only had one channel. After reporting these problems to the front desk, we were moved to Room 125, which also had issues—there was no hot water and no remote control for the TV. A maintenance staff member came to check the problems and informed us he would return to provide a solution, but after waiting for 40 minutes without any update, my husband went back to the front desk. After another 10 minutes, we requested to return to Room 219, where at least there was hot water, although the jacuzzi, phone, and TV still did not function properly. Due to the late hour and the presence of my elderly parent in Room 215, leaving the hotel was not an option. I had chosen your hotel specifically for the amenities, particularly the jacuzzi, which I was looking forward to using. Unfortunately, I did not receive the experience I paid for.

Negatives: Bed mattress is dead and not comfortable No hot water to take a shower the 1st and 2nd september 2024 Bulding smells bad and stink This hotel should be closed , it doesnt deserve 1star Rust everywhere Dammage parking all asphalt is cracked and pathhole everywhere No fridge in the room One of the 3 room tv not working Long list of bad thing have to avoid this place Need renovation immediately.

Negatives: Everything. No hot water for showers. Room was dirty. Drinks machine out of service. Breakfast was a joke. Bagels mini boxes of cereal room temperature milk. Expired yogurt cups ( August 14th!) And soft boiled eggs. So bad.

Negatives: The price was sky high and many hidden fees. The hallway smelled like urine and the breakfast was poor. Front desk staff had poor aditudes. Hair all over the room, not very clean.

Negatives: As we walked into the room there were 3 staff “cleaning the room” when I asked if they had bug issues due to seeing 2 mattresses by the garage bin I was advised no bugs very clean.

Negatives: The corridor has a slight odor of pet pee pee and there are many pet pee pee stains on the rugs and by the elevator. We had a problem getting channels for our room and a cleaner was sent to assist. He was not able to help. When we returned later that evening the TV was working fine. Coffee in the breakfast room was not drinkable.

Negatives: Got a call at 2:30 in the morning by an angry clerk who demanded I come downstairs immediately to fill out a form... or leave. This is after I spoke to staff several times that day with no one mentioning anything about the need to fill out any form. Was very unprofessional. Ruined my trip. Would not recommend.

Negatives: Had to ask 3 different times for a second lamp because the room was so dark and it wasn't until I asked the manager that it was dealt with. He handled it right away!
