The location was great for our 2 night stay
Negatives:
They didn't offer expected services like daily restocking of consumables (cups, coffee) and making of beds -- and the staff weren't very keen to accommodate our request for that. The sliding bathroom door was always open an inch when "closed". The top cover was always detaching from the blanket leaving you wondering how many other ppl you were touching in your sleep. The pillows left us 3 heading to the chiropractor after our stay.

The location and access by car are good; the parking lot is also good. Large and well decorated spaces. Swimming pool and gym. The night staff were very friendly, some of the staff during the day also . confortable bebdrooms.
Negatives:
during the day not all the staff was friendly, some were even very unfriendly. some rooms are located next to the electric room and we can hear noise even from the outdoor fans / coolers (that was solved, thank you!) .unfortunaletly we had a very experience with the cleanning; floor of the bedroom, our cups in the bedroom next to coffee machine were dirty (had not been replaced) ; when we came for breakfast the table was set but the cups were also dirty (that's when we ask to be replaced and they were unfriendly to us) and some amenities on the bedroom, like the hand wash was empty.

It was fantastic. Lovely drive from Niagara on the Lake to get there. Don’t stay in Niagara the town. Big immaculate room. Breakfast was well worth paying for. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Very very quiet room. We had a great stay.
