The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was between the Falls and the Lake and east access to both. The facility was clean and the meals were delicious.

The room was well equipped and felt luxurious and comfortable when we first came . It was clean and towels and toiletries were well kept
Negatives:
The house keeping didn’t make our room for the entire stay we were there . I had also asked the front desk to make the room but they just left towels when I returned back to my room. I had hoped to return to a clean bed from my exhausting day but to my surprise the room was not cleaned or the bed was not even made to say the least.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing.
Negatives:
The pool area was very loud because it’s enclosed. The water was cold and dirty. We only used it once out of the seven days. I liked that they had laundry but I didn’t like that we had to pay for it. We have stayed at 2 other Staybridge Suites for a week each and we never paid for laundry.

Stains everywhere - all inside the fridge , on faucets , sinks , gas stove , tables , chairs and mirrors . Mold everywhere in bathroom . The bathroom drain was blocked and stinky . Hair and blood stains on bed . Past customers hairbands over the side table . Super stinky filthy room . Wish I could rate in negative . My kids and us were traumatized . And to add on the property lost the power and they didn’t even have a Generator- imagine it’s Marriott !! Everyone were annoyed and angry and fighting at the reception . We never got the power back and had to check out in dark flashing our phone flashlights . Disgusting pathetic experience . And they charged 30$ more than what booking.com invoice says .

They could allow for a little more time at breakfast to start breaking down the food items. Both days it started before the end time and while not only me, but others were in line to put food on our plates.
