Easy to locate off 401. Very clean and updated. Beds were super comfy! The staff was helpful. I felt safe and secure since this facility was directly next to a police station!

Three huge busloads of settlement people had just arrived in your small lobby. I was at back of line and it took an excessive time to get served and it was disruptive. I recognize that this is an imprtant program, but you should have warned me and I would have gone to another hotel.
These settlement people (hundreds I believe) were also at breakfast in the morning making it very difficult for me to access any of the breakfast and many items were out of stock as a result. In addition, a street person strolled into the breakfast and had a loud screaming match with the owner which made my breakfast very unpleasant. I took photos and videos of the above situation.
I am asking FOR A DISCOUNT ON THE PRICE OF MY STAY OF 20% for this inconvenienc and my $50 deposit credited back on my card. I do not want the discount on a future stay as I will not stay here again.
