Positives: I liked the location and cleanliness of the hotel.
Negatives: We were given a room card to our room at check in. We went upstairs and opened the door and there was a man sleeping in there. This was very dangerous for both him and us, what if we were not the kind people that we were? We promptly went down stairs and reported it to the staff who did not believe us and told us we were wrong. But finally after calling the room they realized they were wrong and begrudgingly gave us a new room. No apology, no upgrade, nothing.

Positives: It was near close to the location. I need it to be.
Negatives: I was unable to use the room despite paying top dollar for an executive room. Instead, I was given a 'knock-off' upgraded room on the 12th floor (Room 1211). The shower didn't drain, and I called three times for someone to fix it, but no one showed up. They kept me in the room for three hours, and no one showed up. The shower drain was never fixed. The hotel claimed they didn't have any other rooms to switch me to.I was not able to shower. To make matters worse, the neighbors were noisy, and despite my repeated calls to the front desk, they continued to disturb me until 3:30 am. I filed a complaint, and the hotel asked me to contact (Booking.com) for a refund.

Negatives: Not enough seating in reception Key cards failed 3 days out of 4 No vanity kit in the room. Should not have to be requested No utensils in room ( teaspoons for example) only chopsticks

Negatives: I got double charged for parking - one charge through the hotel validation process and then because that had not been completed correctly, I got charged the same amount as I exited the parking lot. Hotel front staff on morning of departure were behind a partition and very difficult to bring to the front counter and once there - not very efficient or effective at completing the task of first of all validating the parking with a cost of approximately $22 Canadian and then figuring out how to print a new receipt. I will not be returning to this hotel.
