Power went out our first night and we were completely in the dark until noon. To add to that because of this outage the fire alarm in our room kept beeping the entire night. The staff could not do anything for either.
Spiders! There were a lot of spiders running around in the room and I got bit during the night.
Location is also a bit far from downtown (20kms), if you dont plan to drive.

Power outage, no water, the bathroom can not be used, can not wash a dark, no emergency power indoor, the room alarm kept ringing, from 2:00 pm continued to the next day's 12:00 noon had no choice but to change another hotel!

I booked a 2 Queen Bed room for two nights. The staff gave me a room with a bed 90 centimeters wide(picture 1). When I refused to accept it, this Indian staff said I didn't abide by the hotel rules and they didn't have a room. He said he would call the police. I said no problem. I'll wait in my room. More than two hours later, the front desk called to coordinate, saying that there was an extra bed(picture 2),because there were three of us. As it was midnight, the two children wanted to go to bed, so they had no choice but to accept the plan. This is the most terrible travel experience I have ever had, a hotel with no sense of service. Terrible!
