Breakfast was not included in the price, which I thought was excessive for a niche in an unremarkable room
Negatives:
I paid 250 dollars for a room with a peeling ceiling, a very average bathroom without a tub, the bed had hair on it and also the air conditioning was activated every two hours making a very loud noise that lasted about 10 minutes, which made me I couldn't sleep all night, it is not a hotel to rest in, also the room is as average as that of a 2 star hotel but with the price of a 4 or 5 star hotel. It did not include breakfast. It did not have only 1 elevator enabled and we had to wait more than 15 minutes to take it, the carts to load suitcases were busy, we had to load the suitcases alone. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Negatives:
Our stay was mared by the Hotel being over run by Junior Hockey players for Tournement. Complaint was lodged regarding children running up and down the halls and knocking on doors. Hotel Management did nothing to control the situation. As a result I will never stay at that location again. It was not a restful night after a very long and trying day. My understanding is from hotel staff that this is a regular occurance during hockey season.

The front desk manager was amazing! The hotel was filled with sports teams and she called guests in the morning BEFORE arrival that she thought were not affiliated with the teams and moved them all to the top floor. Great service!
