Positives:
Clean and comfortable, staff are reasonably nice.
Negatives:
Breakfast is sub-par. And they’re using plastic and paper plates, bowls, cutlery, cups. Single use condiment packets. It’s extremely wasteful and tbh just really uncomfortable to use. Nobody likes cutting toast or buttering bread with a flimsy plastic knife.

The halls are filthy, the floor of the bathroom in room was covered in a greasy substance, disgusting, the sheets were pilled, the mattress was broken down. Breakfast was very limited and given the general hygiene of the place I wouldn’t eat anything that was not prepackaged.
