Positives: I like that the person asked if we wanted a smoking room. This was very convenient for me as I'm disabled and made it easier to have a smoke
Negatives: The cable was not great it cut in and out . The breakfast was the worst i have ever had in 30 years of traveling . The omelets were dried out and cut in half ,the sausage was burnt , and they needed to bring back the scrambled eggs and bacon . This motel used to have a great breakfast it's been getting worse since covid

Positives: Mist of the staff is good. One guy is exceptional. Hrs always bending over backwards to help. Night shift. The day manager lady- is not good at customer service. I couldn't log onto my Booking app. It would open, but Travelodge wouldn't come up. I said.. Look I've been here 3 weeks. I'm exhausted. Can you please just give me the rate of my last booking? She says. It's open. Here's their number. Call them. Soooo annoyed and insulted. She wS cold as ice.
