This hotel should not have a best western plus designation. It is run down - the main entrance was cordoned off due to what I was told was a collapse of the roof. The suite was not very clean- smoker smell and furniture surfaces not clean.

There was a wet dog aweful smell in our room. For all the times we have stayed in hotels I actually checked the beds for bugs and one comforter had dirt on it

A good value comfortable clean hotel

Room was not ready at set arrival time. Wife moved chair and found a pair of socks and after closing bathroom found 2 pair of male underwear behind the door. After returning from supper she found female pair of underwear under computer table and killed a bug on the ceiling. TV keeper cutting in and out losing picture and sound. Will never go there again Bernie Deveau

Pool was closed and we were told at check in that it was open. We picked that location over another because it had a pool. Poor communication skills at the staff level. Strongly do not recommend this location.

The staff were excellent. They tried to address different issues I had with the room.
Negatives:
The first room I got had a bad smell and was next to a crying baby. I asked for a different room and it was ok, although there was a crack in the toilet which leaked a bit.
