The receptionists are very nice,there is a small refrigerator in the room, very useful! There are laundry room and microwave, very convenient. The location is in downtown, wonderful!

Nothing it was unsafe and dirty and was in a high crime area as people were outside selling drugs and hotel clerk mentioned to stay in lobby to make my call it was safer than being outside because of the area .
Negatives:
The first room was dirty bed had dirt in it floor filthy and chair looked like barf on it. Second room was adjoining and able to open and go to the adjoining room which was very creepy .
