The room was really nice, the bed was extremely comfortable.
Negatives:
The breakfast in the gold lounge was below expectations. It was beyond basic, the scrambled eggs were really tasteless.
Waiting time with the valet was completely shocking (more than 1h30!) - reading now the reviews, it seems like it is common at any point in the year there.
We had to wait more than 30 minutes to recuperate our bags at the concierge.
The receptionist at the swimming pool was extremely rude; putting AirPods, bearly answering questions.
