A nice hotel, great staff...
Positives:
Really loved the welcome plates for my wife's birthday. And the hotel is beautiful. Close distances to a lot of spots to see. Really nice staff.
Negatives:
The AC didn't work in our room, set at 22 degrees, and it didn't get cooler. My wife wasn't happy. It should be able to go to 17 degrees. We went down to the pool to find out you had to book a reservation. Had to wait for people to leave in order to swim. Plus, the steps getting into the pool weren't rather safe. For a disabled person, it would be a nightmare.

They have a pool that only allows 10 people and must be booked. Imagine being told there were no slots for the entire day left. Even when only 2 people were in the pool, we were not allowed to swim. When I asked for ice because the ice machine was out of order on my floor-I was told there would be a $10 fee and $6 delivery fee to get ice. I requested a duvet-was given a dirty duvet-I have the pictures as proof. Despite booking multiple night stay-no parking available for entire stay!

There was some confusion at check in, between the hotel and booking.com. It was nicely and rapidly resolved and we received an upgrade. Staff were exceptional
