Disappointing
Positives:
Liked: location, rooms were clean each day, plenty of towels, spacious King Suite, roomy step in shower, jetted tub was comfortable for 1 person, complimentary breakfast each morning for both myself and my wife
Negatives:
Dislike: hotel is old and needs renovations to keep up with the other newer hotels on the strip, all doors are old and wooden, rooms have a slight older musty smell, toilets are low, décor is out of date, we had to carry our luggage up one flight as there was no elevator to 2nd floor on our wing, pool is nice but no deeper end, jetted tubs need to be upgraded as jets were weak and for a King Suite jetted tub should fit 2 people.
Not sure who is at fault but when I booked on Booking.com, I booked a King Suite. When we arrived we were given a junior suite which was basically a hotel room. Our TV was not working as remote needed new batteries and the bed in the room was sunken so we asked to move. Oddly enough they upgraded us to the King Suite room we should have had in the first place. Not sure why this happened but Best Western needs to communicate with the hotels and booking.com so that people are getting the room they book on-line.

The location is good but upon checking in we booked 2 rooms and we we arrived at our room the door was open and when we walked in it smelled like cat urine so we immediately went back to the front desk to ask for another room and the lady was so rude about it telling me the people from the previous night didn't complain so I asked her to go check herself but she didn't and said they have no more rooms so I said I will get one at the Holiday Inn and she said that is ok as I started walking out the gentleman at the desk called me back in and apologized and gave me a clean room on the second floor and made sure we were comfortable.

Never got breakfast but the area must be safe as I noticed someone had left their bikes on their car carrier overnight and no one had bothered them.

Someone arguing either in the hall or adjacent room at 2:45 but was no reflection on the hotel itself.

1. Bathroom smells of cigarette smoke. We don’t smoke and it’s a non-smoking room.
2. The air conditioner was on the fritz barely worked, and there was no air conditioning in the bedroom so we had to go and actually buy a fan from Walmart just to make the room not humid and hot.
3. People outside making noise until well after 1 o’clock in that room outside
4. Inconsiderate guest, slamming doors up until three and 4 AM, not getting any sleep or rest at all.
5. No parking at all after 10
6. Back door unlocked and no key entry at all all night.

We booked 2 rooms we we walked up to our room on the first floor the door was part way open and when we went inside it smelled like cat urine we went back to the front desk and explained that the smell was really bad and the lady at the desk was arguing with me saying it can't be that bad rather than going to see. So I asked for another room and she said she didn't have any so I said I will have to go next door to another hotel and she said ok as I was walking out there was another guy named Harry said please let me check for you Sir and found me another room and we ended up staying there.
