Good walk to nearby park under the bridge. Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfy bed. The nightlight in the bathroom was great. Breakfast selection was varied.
Negatives:
Room was dark. Could have used a light over the desk. Disposable cups, plates etc in room and at breakfast. No dairy free "milk" for cereal.

Clean, hygienic , great location, welcoming staff. They were considerate enough for let go incidental charge in advance as they were facing payment gateway connectivity issue.
Negatives:
They should provide atleast basic water bottles in the room and toiletries rather than a guest expecting it to be there but didnt find one. Another $ or two wouldnt harm and atleast these things will evolve customers experience and choice of stay for future.

Rooms spacious, clean and modern, staff welcoming and helpful.
Positives:
It was very quiet, warm room with nice comfy beds. Coffee, Green Tea downstairs 24 hours and very friendly staff. Clean hotel and felt top-notch. Easy walk to the park and town and the Star Casino (Great food there) and to the Bluewater Bridge. Would stay again and recommend 100%.
