The hotel's location was great for us as we needed somewhere to stay close to the border. The hotel was pretty cheap and bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The hotel looks sketchier in real life than on the photos. We had a room on the ground floor facing the busy street and had a lot of street noise come into our room. There were also people standing outside the hotel entrance talking all night, which was annoying. The hotel rooms and hallway have linoleum floors, which carry a lot of sound. Due to the large crack between the room door and the floor, we heard the night clerks talking all night and noise and light carried from the hallway into our room.

Positives:
The location was very close to where we had to go, so that was a bonus. Breakfast was over by the time we got to check out, so never experienced breakfast. The staff was accommodating enough, so all was good there.
Negatives:
There was no ice machine for us to get ice for our room, so fortunately we bought some with us. Plus the night we were there, it was raining really hard, and the access to the front door, was hindered by construction, so we got very wet making our way to our car.

Excellent location and extremely clean hotel. It had a good solid breakfast with a waffle station. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were well stocked.

The walls are a bit too thin. I woke up because of the next room's alarm going off at 5 in the morning.
