We had to wait a long while just to get eggs for breakfast and there wasn’t much variety. The room/bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Both rooms we found hair upon arrival and the shower wasn’t the cleanest. Card was double charged. Two days after leaving and two charges were posted to our card. Big no no

Staff were very helpful.
Negatives:
Room was smaller than expected. We had to be moved because the carpet in our first room was soaking wet and there was a damp smell. The first room didn't have enough tea, milk pods or cups available. The second room we ended up in had lipstick stains on the wine glasses. Clearly the rooms had not been inspected thoroughly. Both rooms had very tired sofas and the toilet heights were clearly not for adults.
