Breakfast poor quality and not enough options. Lacks variety and taste. Room was not cleaned during my 4 nights. TV not working properly, Hair dryer did not work. AC is too loud. Parking was not free. They charge per night. Staff is nonchalant and not proactive. Overall bad experience and not worth the money I spent. I complained to the front desk and they said manager will follow up with me. I did not hear back, no calls or emails. They charged me full price after sharing my concerns. Not professional and careless. I do not recommend anyone booking here their stay, you will be disappointed

Ran out of tea bags for breakfast, only one staff to replenish food items, rooms were not cleaned. Elevator needs updating. Hallway, etc all dark colored. Property now requires a 5.00 parking fee, that was not disclosed at time of booking.

The pool had so much chlorine that I could not sit and watch my grandson swim and we had to leave. My eyes were burning and watering very bad. While walking to the lobby, I could not get the smell of chlorine out of my nose. I informed the woman at the desk that I believed there was too much chlorine added to the pool. She told me she would let the person who maintains the pool know. I made sure my grandson showered off the chlorine as soon as we returned to the room. The next morning I asked the new staff member at the front desk if anyone had looked into my concern. She did not know but stated she would look into it. In the evening I took my grandson back to the pool and within 10 minutes the burning started. We left as soon as it started. I booked this hotel for the indoor pool for a weekend with my grandson. Very disappointed in the pool maintenance staff. I do not believe anyone should have been in that confirmed space with that much chlorine.

Loved the location which was not on the main drag but off the beaten path in a residential area. The kitchenette was a great feature with a full size fridge. All staff were extremely approachable and tried to be accommodating.
Negatives:
I thought some of the furniture could have been updated. The sofa (bed) was a little worn and saggy. I wound up staying over a week longer as my home was being renovated and was behind schedule. I thought that housekeeping could have been stepped up a little for this length of stay. However, when asked, I did receive additional towels and toiletries.
