Breakfast was good. Beds very comfortable and clean.
Staff were very helpful.
Negatives:
Room was smaller than expected. We had to be moved because the carpet in our first room was soaking wet and there was a damp smell. The first room didn't have enough tea, milk pods or cups available. The second room we ended up in had lipstick stains on the wine glasses. Clearly the rooms had not been inspected thoroughly. Both rooms had very tired sofas and the toilet heights were clearly not for adults.

Breakfast poor quality and not enough options. Lacks variety and taste. Room was not cleaned during my 4 nights. TV not working properly, Hair dryer did not work. AC is too loud. Parking was not free. They charge per night. Staff is nonchalant and not proactive. Overall bad experience and not worth the money I spent. I complained to the front desk and they said manager will follow up with me. I did not hear back, no calls or emails. They charged me full price after sharing my concerns. Not professional and careless. I do not recommend anyone booking here their stay, you will be disappointed
