Lack of cleanliness, I was able to catch hair and garbage of previous users in my socks on the day of checking in. Rooms were not provided towels or provided in lesser numbers. Calling reception, restaurant and cleaning staff was a hassle. Staff did not cooperate with our basic needs such as getting plates for food. Good thing was they were able to give us a cup of warm milk for the infant staying with us. But they denied to provide that as well in the first ask.
