Negatives: internet was terrible which really hampered my work. The ironing board was a mock board without self standing legs I which had to ask to be replaced. The dry cleaner was supposed to deliver the laundry by 7 pm. Failure to do so made me change my early morning flight. Because of that I asked for the check out time to be extended which was not granted.
