Staff was beyond welcoming. From the entrance door to the front desk , everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!

The location of the hotel is incredible - great walking along the waterfront boardwalk!
Negatives:
Primarily, two things: There were about 8 girls (maybe 18?) partying in the next door pair of (joined) rooms - who made noise until about 4 am on Saturday. As the hotel was not nearly full, they should have been booked into another area where they would not disturb guests who wanted to get some rest. Second item was that the gym does not provide hotel guests lockers, stating the they are reserved for "membership guests". Sounds like a small item & maybe it is but it didn't make me feel like my stay (at over $400/ night) was valued.

Positives:
We went to the grab and go for a breakfast sandwich and coffee; it was good enough but not what I would have expected for a hotel in this price range.
I liked the staff; the room and the location were perfect to attend a concert at the Coca Cola coliseum. Sebrina at the check in was fantastic in explaining the hotel and arranged a ride for us to the show.
We did grab a burger at Rose's prior to the show that was very good also Sky who waited on us was awesome as well.
Negatives:
I was a little disappointed that it cost over $1,000.00 for a room for one night along with dinner and a few cocktails, I understand the level of service that comes with the price.
